Chief Operating Officer, PCI Insurance
Brian Orsinger serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Pennsylvania Chamber Insurance (PCI). As a member of the PA Chamber’s Executive Team, Orsinger is responsible for PCI’s sales growth and client retention efforts, strategic resource development, and continuously evolving PCI’s unique value proposition—empowering a healthy, productive, and secure workforce across the Commonwealth—in support of the PA Chamber’s mission.
Prior to joining the PA Chamber, Orsinger’s responsibilities expanded through multiple client-facing consulting and center-of-excellence development roles over fourteen years, while implementing long-term strategic initiatives in the employee benefits ecosystem. Orsinger is an inaugural member of IBInext, a cross-discipline thought-leadership panel constructed by the Board of the Integrated Benefits Institute to revolutionize how industry approaches employee benefits, productivity, and absence strategy while driving business performance.
Orsinger serves on the Gettysburg College Alumni Association Board of Directors, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He earned his CEBS® designation through the IFEBP/Wharton School and maintains various relevant professional credentials.
